I found the location convenient. It was a very short walk to the central train station. The room was REALLY clean and orderly, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that there were many restaurants nearby.

The room was a little small. There wasn't much space for luggage, a slight inconvenience.

I will say the location was close to the station. The taxi stand next door was a bit much. All night long, drivers were shouting and honking. I also noticed our room lacked proper ventilation. Even with a fan, it felt stuffy and the heat made sleep difficult. This setup definitely detracts from the overall experience.

The hotel is very close to the central train station. This made getting to and from the airport easy. I found the room spacious and beds clean. Free tea and coffee is always available in the lobby.

Hallways had a noticeable smell, off-putting.

Staff were friendly. The check-in process was easy. The girls from cleaning service helped me with my luggage. I appreciate the service I received, especially from the reception.
